Knowledge and Skills

1. College degree or above, with priority given to majors in English, Japanese, marketing, e-commerce, and international trade;

2. Have good communication skills and a passion for the foreign trade industry;

3. Proficient in spoken English/Japanese, able to handle daily business emails and phone conversations;

4. Possess good customer service awareness, collaboration skills, and work attitude, able to withstand work pressure, have a professional spirit, and be able to endure hardship and work hard;

5. Able to accept long-term residency in Shanghai branch or abroad in the future, and able to adapt to business trips;

6. Knowledge of foreign trade business and various documentary operation processes, or internship experience in the foreign trade industry is preferred.

Job responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain customer resources, follow up on inquiries, and provide professional product consulting services;

2. Participate in exhibitions, hold negotiation meetings or company visits.
