Liaoning Xinda Talc Group was established in 1995 and is an enterprise group that integrates talc mining, beneficiation, research and development, deep processing, and sales. The group has three factories and three mines, namely Xinda Powder, Xinfushi Masterbatch, and Xinzhanpengda Hollow Plate. The group's mining area is located on the main vein of the Liaonan talc deposit, which is rich in the world's highest quality powder white talc raw materials. It has the advantages of obvious sheet-like structure, high whiteness, and no asbestos or heavy metals.

The factory covers an area of 160000 square meters and is equipped with 32 advanced production lines, with an annual designed production capacity of 400000 tons. It is equipped with 6 intelligent automatic mixing systems to achieve full automation of mixing and blending. It adopts full chain sealed pipeline air delivery and material tank connection tanker technology to prevent secondary pollution. It is equipped with a fully automatic packaging production line, which can complete tasks such as metering, impurity removal, counting, dust removal, shaping, coding, and palletizing.
The group owns one large mine and two medium-sized mines with a total reserve of 12 million tons, accounting for 15% of the province's certified capacity, and can sustain mining for 60 years. The mining area is located in the main vein of the Liaonan talc deposit, covering an area of 170000 square meters. It was certified as a provincial-level green mine in 2023 and is rich in high-quality talc raw materials from around the world. Its characteristics are natural high whiteness, good purity, obvious sheet-like structure, and no asbestos or heavy metals.
The group has a self-developed experimental building of over 1300 square meters, equipped with more than 60 sets of advanced testing equipment worth over 2 million yuan, more than 30 technical personnel, and has obtained over 30 technical patents. The laboratory testing capability covers four industries: plastics, papermaking, coatings, and injection molded sheets. It is a leading research and development laboratory in the talc industry and has been awarded the title of "China talc technology research and development center".
The group practices the sustainable development concept of "low energy consumption, low pollution, and environmental friendliness", and reduces energy consumption through measures such as replacing high-efficiency air compressors and updating new energy vehicles; Equipped with multiple liquor trucks and dust removal equipment, effectively reducing pollution; At the same time, we focus on green development, obtain multiple environmental certifications, and create a green factory through the "Garden Factory Concept" to further enhance our environmental friendliness.
The group has obtained ISO-90001 quality management system certification and has obtained multiple management system certifications in areas such as environment, energy, occupational health and safety, and after-sales service.
