Liaoning Xinda talc group, founded in 1995, is an enterprise group integrating talc mining, sorting, R&D, deep processing and sales. As one of the top five enterprises in the national talc industry, Xinda talc is the China talc technology research and development center and the vice chairman unit of the national talc Association. The annual output of high-end talc products accounts for 15% of the national market.

Xinda powder factory was founded in 1995. The factory covers an area of 70000 square meters and mainly produces various kinds of talc powder. The annual production capacity is 300000 tons, and it can store 50000 tons of talc raw materials, with more than 70 employees. Xinda powder factory has advanced production equipment, with 2 sets of flaking air mills imported from Germany, 2 sets of domestic advanced double grading wheel air mills, 2 screening machines and 6 vertical mills.

It is located in Liaodong Peninsula, a city on the Chinese sea that is famous at home and abroad as a town of talc. Founded in 1995, it was formerly known as Haicheng Xinda Mining Co., Ltd. and gradually developed from the initial talc powder processing plant. Since 2018, it has invested heavily in the "smart factory" transformation project. After five years of efforts, it won the title of provincial green factory in 2023.

Liaoning Xinzhan Pengda New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Liaoning Xinda talc group, was established in 2020, covering an area of 30000 square meters and a building area of 16000 square meters. It is a scientific and technological enterprise focusing on the research, development, production and sales of various professional products such as plastic hollow plates (boxes), corrugated plates (boxes), medium air plate turnover boxes, and transportation packaging boxes.

The mining method of the first mining area of Chengxiang mine belongs to underground mining. The mining method is caving mining, and the main project adopts adit blind inclined shaft development. The mine has built six systems in line with national standards, including underground monitoring and monitoring, personnel positioning, emergency risk avoidance, air pressure self rescue and water supply rescue, and communication safety management, which provide safety protection for underground operators.

The second mining area of Chengxiang mine is an underground mining method, which adopts caving mining method, and the main project adopts the combined development of shaft adit blind inclined shaft. Six systems, including underground monitoring and monitoring, personnel positioning, emergency avoidance, wind pressure self rescue, water supply rescue, and communication safety management, have been built in the second mining area of Chengxiang coal mine, which meet the national standards, providing safety protection for underground operators.
