Knowledge and Skills

1. College degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, e-commerce, or international trade;

2. Excellent English proficiency, required to handle daily business emails and phone communications;

3. Prioritize understanding foreign trade business or various documentary operation processes;

4. Internship experience in the foreign trade industry is preferred.

Job responsibilities

1. Create documents and related files;

2. Order scheduling, arranging shipment, booking shipping, transportation, customs clearance and other related matters;

3. Develop and maintain customer resources, follow up on inquiries, and provide professional product consulting services;

4. Participate in exhibitions, hold negotiation meetings or company visits.
