R&D personnel

1. Responsible for the review, trial production, testing, and inspection of new product development and old product improvement processes for talc powder in plastics, coatings, papermaking, foaming, pipelines, cables, ceramics, and other industries;

2. Responsible for collecting, processing, rectifying, and verifying technical, process, and quality information during the trial production process of new talc powder products such as plastics, coatings, papermaking, foaming, pipelines, cables, ceramics, etc;

3. Responsible for collecting and organizing information related to new technologies, processes, and materials related to the research and development of talc powder products such as plastics, coatings, papermaking, foaming, pipelines, cables, ceramics, etc;

4. Responsible for the development and revision of technical standards, formulas, production processes, testing procedures, and other documents related to plastics, coatings, papermaking, foaming, pipelines, cables, and ceramic talc powder (including new products), and supervising their implementation;

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of work experience in a related field;
