Conference Summary

As the starting year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, 2026 marks a critical window for the coatings industry to achieve green, low-carbon and high-end transformation. To implement the national dual carbon strategy and break the supply and demand barriers of the upstream and downstream industrial chains, the 2026 Annual Conference of the Green Industrial Coatings and Finishing Branch of China National Coatings Industry Association & Green Industrial Coatings and Finishing Industry Development Matching Exchange Conference, hosted by China National Coatings Industry Association and co-organized by Liaoning Xinda Talc Group Co., Ltd., will be grandly held at Liaoning Xinda Talc Group Co., Ltd., Haicheng, Liaoning from August 11 to 13!

The conference is located in Haicheng, known as the "Hometown of Talc in China". Leveraging the advantages of the local complete talc industrial chain resources, it builds a one-stop communication platform for the upstream and downstream of the coatings industry.

As the core co-organizer of this conference, Liaoning Xinda Talc Group has been engaged in talc powder production for more than 30 years. It owns high-quality mines and complete ultrafine grinding production lines, and develops functional talc powder products specially for water-based, high-solid, powder and anti-corrosion industrial coatings (its representative product SD-9802AT can reduce titanium dioxide consumption by 10~30%). It helps coating enterprises cut costs, improve hiding power, weather resistance and anti-settling performance, and is applicable to all types of anti-corrosion systems for new energy, steel structures, wind power, ships and construction machinery.

Xinda Talc will take charge of local conference affairs, industrial chain matching and factory tour arrangements throughout the event, building a face-to-face cooperation bridge for coating enterprises, finishing factories and raw material manufacturers across the country.

1. Interpretation of the 15th Five-Year Plan policies: In-depth analysis of green standards for industrial coatings and national standard GB 30981.2 to grasp the development trends of the industry in the next five years;

2. Technical sharing across all sectors: New processes of low-VOC green coatings including water-based, solvent-free, UV-curable and powder coatings, and technological breakthroughs in anti-corrosion coatings for new energy, wind power, marine engineering and rail transit;
