To enthusiastically celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and vigorously advance the cultural welfare initiative—bringing high-quality cultural resources directly to the grassroots—a themed cultural performance titled “Showcasing the Splendor of Labor, Honoring the Party’s Birthday,” jointly organized by the Haicheng Municipal Federation of Trade Unions (host), the Haicheng Municipal Workers’ Cultural Palace (organizer), and Liaoning Xinda Talc Group Co., Ltd. (co-organizer), was successfully held on June 26 at the headquarters of Liaoning Xinda Talc Group. Targeted at all currently employed staff members across the group, this performance delivered an immersive cultural and audiovisual feast through high-caliber, red-themed artistic programs.
Party Building Unites Strength

Closely aligned with requirements for grassroots cultural development, this activity utilized red-themed art as a vehicle to inherit the revolutionary legacy and promote the spirit of labor. Its purpose was to consolidate the cohesion and combat effectiveness of enterprise employees, guiding all staff to listen to and follow the Party, fulfill their duties diligently at their posts, and demonstrate the vibrant, upward-looking spirit of industrial workers in the new era—thereby contributing practical efforts to Haicheng’s high-quality economic development.

The performance featured a professional cast comprising the Haicheng Municipal Workers’ Cultural Palace Art Troupe and outstanding worker-artists. The program lineup was thematically focused and stylistically diverse. Meanwhile, Xinda Talc Group actively mobilized its own employees to take the stage, presenting self-composed and self-performed works that vividly reflected the unity, determination, and positive ethos of its workforce.
Art Blossoms from the Red Original Aspiration

The entire performance was rich in content, spectacular in execution, and brimming with atmosphere. It opened with the grand song-and-dance number “Marching Forward on a New Journey.” A medley of classic revolutionary songs and the red-themed poetry recitation “Red July” passionately conveyed sincere love for the Party and the motherland, evoking memories of the Party’s century-long arduous yet glorious struggle.

Additionally, a variety of performances—including solo pipa music, selected Peking Opera excerpts, and locally composed original songs—were presented in succession, seamlessly integrating traditional Chinese culture with local sentiment and earning sustained applause from the audience. Classic red-themed melodies echoed throughout the venue, continuously igniting enthusiasm and enabling participants to experience the unique charm of red culture in an immersive way.
Workers Sing Xinda’s Story

A core highlight of the performance was created entirely by Xinda Talc Group’s own employees. Employee representatives took the stage to jointly perform the original song “Xinda’s Light,” delivering with sincere, powerful voices the Group’s journey of deep engagement in the talc industry, unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and quality, and pragmatic entrepreneurship—thus highlighting the enterprise’s steadfast focus on its core business and its dedication to fulfilling social responsibility.

At the finale, all attendees rose to sing “My Motherland and I” together, led by Xinda employees, expressing shared patriotic sentiments in unison. The highly charged, emotionally resonant atmosphere propelled the entire event to its climactic peak.
Uniting Forces to Forge Ahead

Moving forward, the Haicheng Municipal Federation of Trade Unions will continue to regularly conduct cultural outreach and service delivery initiatives into enterprises, further strengthening grassroots service platforms and uniting workers citywide to support local industrial upgrading and economic development. Leveraging this event as a catalyst, Liaoning Xinda Talc Group will deepen the integration of Party building and corporate culture, enrich its red cultural heritage, harness collective strength for enterprise growth, and inspire all employees to remain committed to real industries, focus on core businesses, and pursue innovation and progress—delivering tangible achievements in high-quality development as a tribute to the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
