Job responsibilities

1. Ensure the normal operation of the equipment, ensure the successful completion of the production task of the enterprise, formulate the daily maintenance plan of the equipment, and organize the implementation;

2. Be responsible for the daily management of equipment in the whole plant, implement various rules and regulations of equipment management, and implement and revise various equipment management standards;

3. Be responsible for the management of equipment accounts of the whole plant, the establishment of equipment technical data files, equipment overhaul and equipment failure files, etc;

4. Responsible for daily supervision and inspection of equipment management standards: formulation of inspection standards, implementation of inspection work, notification of inspection results, tracking and rectification;

5. Be responsible for the fault management of equipment in the whole plant, and the summary, review and fault analysis of daily reports;

6. Be responsible for the review and drawing of equipment related drawings;

7. Carry out preventive preservation, fault repair, improvement and preservation of the automatic production equipment in the workshop to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the smooth completion of the production plan;

8. Understand the principle of PLC and analog programming, and analyze and deal with the problems occurred in the process of automatic control quickly and effectively according to the principle.

Job requirements

1. 30-40 years old, full-time college degree or above, major in mechatronics, mechanical design and manufacturing or electrical automation, and relevant working experience is preferred;

2. Have experience in repair management of large-scale automatic production line in vehicle factory;

3. Proficient in using ofcoe, AUTO CAD;

4. Have certain communication and coordination ability and management ability;

5. Have a certain degree of pressure resistance and learning ability;

6. The training direction after talent selection is the head of the equipment department.
