On the morning of November 5, under the organization of the general manager's office, all factories, mine keepers, shippers and new employees went to xinfuji factory to carry out warehouse management training, visit and study activities.


Visit the finished product warehouse


Wangshuai, a storekeeper of xinfuji finished products, has rich experience and serious work. He led everyone to visit and explain the finished products warehouse. During the explanation, everyone recognized the plan of xinfuji reservoir area, and directly understood the storage capacity and inventory products through the plan. When entering the warehouse site, the ground is clean and free of dust, the materials are placed neatly, and the signs on the wall are clear at a glance. The on-site packing process is orderly, and the forklift driver's search for goods is simple and clear. A temporary replenishment area is added in the finished product warehouse, which can be quickly replenished in case of package damage and insufficient weight during delivery, saving delivery time and improving work efficiency.



Visit low value consumables warehouse and raw material warehouse


Wang Peng is a storekeeper of low value consumables. The warehouse of low value consumables was moved to the workshop at the end of October, and Wang Peng was also moved to the site for office. He is the custodian of Xinda group. The warehouse for low value consumables includes three areas: pallets, packaging and spare parts. Each area is clean and tidy, and the identification and positioning management is clear. In order to ensure fire safety, the configuration of fire equipment meets the required standards. Wang Peng explained the warehouse in and warehouse out process and answered your questions. The general manager's office randomly checks the ERP accounts to ensure that the accounts are consistent with the facts. The raw material warehouse shall also be marked and placed in a clean and tidy environment.



Visit the production workshop


Feixiufeng, the production manager of the Masterbatch Factory, led you to visit and explain the production workshop and the whole factory. You can answer your questions in detail and clearly.
