After the transformation of the raw material feeding system, the automatic feeding system is adopted to realize the automation of talc raw material proportioning and mixing, making the raw material proportioning more reliable and accurate, reducing the fluctuation of product indicators and improving the stability of product quality.

The powder produced by vertical mill is transported in a closed way through new technology. It has the advantages of narrow particle size distribution, small mantissa and no large particles by improving the fineness of vertical mill products. Solve the problem of large dust and environmental pollution, and improve the grade of products again.

In the next step, the group plans to change the traditional manual packaging mode by introducing the fully automatic packaging production line, and realize the automatic assembly line of product packaging, such as bagging, metering, counting, dust removal, code spraying, code holder, etc.
