二、Status
At present, the company has three complete hollow plate production lines, which can customize the production of more than 5000 tons of PP and PE hollow plates with a width of less than 2200mm, a thickness of 2-5mm, a gram weight of 280-1200g/m2, and various specifications and sizes in any length (about 10million square meters based on 500 grams). At the same time, it also has 5 sets of complete sets of equipment for the production of various types of hollow board packing cases, including sample preparation, die cutting, printing, binding, etc. The annual production capacity is more than 20million boxes.

Compared with ordinary paper board, plastic hollow board has many unique advantages. Waterproof, moisture-proof, corrosion-proof and insect proof; High reusability, about 4-10 times that of corrugated paperboard; High bearing strength and tear resistance tensile strength; Various colors can be added according to customers' needs. Compared with traditional packaging materials, plastic hollow board products have the following significant advantages:
◆ The production process is pollution-free. The production process of PP and PE plastic hollow plates is melting, extrusion and shaping, and the whole process is free of waste, waste water and waste gas.
◆ Non toxic and tasteless. PP and PE resins are pure hydrocarbons and do not contain any other chemical substances. After decomposition or full combustion, only water and carbon monoxide are left. It meets the food GMP standard, and the products made of this kind of materials can be directly used in the packaging of food, medicine, cosmetics and home decoration industries;
◆ Recyclable. PP and PE hollow plates are mainly used for various kinds of packaging and are easy to collect. After recycling, the used products can be broken, melted, extruded and shaped again to produce new products. There is no toxic and harmful gas emission in the whole process;
◆ Good chemical stability. PP and PE are high molecular polymers with good acid and alkali resistance and strong corrosion resistance; The material can be used to make containers directly containing acidic or alkaline liquids;
◆ Good water and insect resistance. PP and PE are polymer materials formed by high-temperature polymerization process, with high density and insoluble in water, so they have good waterproof, moisture-proof and insect resistance.
